Compliance Status

The Corsican Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) is committed to ensuring that its website is accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005. This accessibility statement applies to the website ajaccio-tinorossi-port.cci.corsica. It was compiled on 27 July 2024, based on the content available on that date.

The compliance audit carried out by Corsicaweb reveals that the website has achieved a score indicating partial compliance with the RGAA:

  • 84% complies with the RGAA Version 4 criteria.
  • The average compliance rate for the website’s pages is 94%.

Content not accessible

  • Criterion 3.2: Some text does not meet the minimum contrast requirements.
  • Criteria 7.1 and 7.3: Google Maps is only partially compliant with the RGAA.
  • Criterion 8.2: a few errors relating to elements and attributes caused by the Elementor page builder.
  • Criterion 8.9: Certain tags are used for presentational purposes
  • Criterion 10.3: The content is difficult to understand without the style sheets.
  • Criterion 10.9: Navigation through news items is only provided via the left- and right-pointing arrow icons.

Exemptions

  •  Criterion 3.3: Some «button»-type components do not meet the colour contrast requirements when the mouse hovers over them; however, as the text remains legible against the background, this does not hinder comprehension or navigation.
